For orders placed on our website, we grant a 30-day right of return from the date of receipt of the goods (the period begins the day after receipt).

To exercise this right, the following conditions must be met:

- the goods must not have been used

- the product must be returned complete and intact in its original packaging

To exercise this right, the customer must contact us by email mentioning their order number.
Our support team will then guide you through the return steps.

Once the parcel has been received and checked, the refund is processed within a maximum of 20 days.
Return shipping costs are covered by Berkey Europe.

A product exchange is also possible if the customer is not satisfied, provided the product has not been used and is returned in its original condition and packaging.
